We are dedicated to elevating gluten free barbecue and cooking while shattering the stigma surrounding gluten free.  Too many think gluten free means no taste or texture and we are here to show you how that is a wrong perception.

That said, this is not a normal grilling or cooking site.  Although we have recipes, we are not here to give you recipes and have you venture down the unknown path of recreating and expecting it to be perfect.  Instead, we are going on a journey together where we will celebrate our successes and learn from the screw-ups.  And believe me, there will be a lot of screw-ups!  But, that is ultimately the point.  We are going to learn together and I will share the lessons I learned throughout my cooking sessions and our community will share their experiences as well.  From our mistakes, we will learn and, if all goes to plan, develop into Grillmasters.
