Homemade "Cheaters" Guacamole

Updated: Jan 21, 2021

This recipe is called "cheaters" guacamole for a reason. We cut a few corners to save some time by using pico de gallo as opposed to dicing up individual ingredients. Bobby Flay might be cringing at tomatoes in guacamole but luckily this isn't his website, it's mine, so there! The end result is still very delicious and can be made in a few short minutes.

I don't know about you, but I love guacamole. Chips and guacamole are a staple at every event we host. You really can't go wrong with it. If you are wanting to "wow" your guests, make your own chips with our recipe here (it's super easy!). Guacamole is also great for any Mexican dish: tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, etc.
