This cream cheese is a fantastic add to smoked salmon. Put this on toast points with smoked salmon or white fish and it’s out of this world! This is also great on bagels with lox.
You can also add this to grilled chicken or get creative and stuff a chicken breast or pork loin with it. Dang, now I need to try that out.

1 cup cream cheese
1 medium jalapeno, diced
2 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
1 medium lemon, juiced
Step 1: Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly until all ingredients are combined.
Step: Refrigerate until ready to use. Should last up to a week in an airtight container.
