This recipe is perfectly for grilling up your favorite vegetables. The herbs and the spices blend wonderfully to enhance fresh vegetables.
I created this blend to complement vegetables but this can be a fairly versatile seasoning if you want to add a bit of freshness and herbaceousness to chicken or fish. This recipe only makes one serving and can be made in larger batches as it’ll stay good for a few months.
Prep Time: 3-5 minutes
1 teaspoon coarse salt
½ teaspoon coarse black pepper
½ teaspoon granulated garlic
½ teaspoon granulated onion
½ teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried dill
¼ teaspoon ground mustard
¼ teaspoon whole celery seeds
Optional: ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
Step 1: Combine all ingredients in a bowl until evenly mixed. Store in a cool, dry place.
Note: This will stay good in an airtight container for multiple months.
